colombiano con una amplia trayectoria en el campo de la inform\u00e1tica, las telecomunicaciones y la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos tecnol\u00f3gicos. Ingeniero de petr\u00f3leos por la Universidad Industrial de Santander, complement\u00f3 su formaci\u00f3n con una maestr\u00eda en Inform\u00e1tica en la misma instituci\u00f3n y posteriormente con estudios de doctorado en la Universitat de Val\u00e8ncia, donde trabaj\u00f3 en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web ubicuas y habilitadas por voz, aplicadas a sistemas de informaci\u00f3n de transporte. Su formaci\u00f3n se enriqueci\u00f3 con estancias posdoctorales en la Universitat de Val\u00e8ncia y en la Universidad Federal de Sergipe, adem\u00e1s de pasant\u00edas en universidades europeas como Johannes Kepler de Linz y Portsmouth.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap\">Desde 1995 ha estado vinculado a la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Bucaramanga, donde ha ejercido como docente en cursos de sistemas de informaci\u00f3n, paradigmas de programaci\u00f3n y electivas de grado, adem\u00e1s de liderar proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n en tecnolog\u00edas web, sistemas distribuidos e internet m\u00f3vil. Su experiencia internacional le permiti\u00f3 participar en grupos de investigaci\u00f3n como el <em>Laboratorio Integrado de Sistemas Inteligentes y Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1fico<\/em> en Espa\u00f1a y el <em>Distributed Systems Group<\/em> en Inglaterra, consolidando una visi\u00f3n global de la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap\">Las l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n que ha impulsado abarcan las telecomunicaciones, los sistemas distribuidos, el internet m\u00f3vil y la calidad e innovaci\u00f3n en emprendimiento, siendo esta \u00faltima su l\u00ednea activa. Ha dirigido numerosas tesis de maestr\u00eda y doctorado en temas como la adopci\u00f3n de la computaci\u00f3n en la nube en universidades, la optimizaci\u00f3n de procesos productivos con tecnolog\u00edas de la industria 4.0, el turismo inteligente y la transformaci\u00f3n digital en empresas. Su producci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica incluye desarrollos en servicios web sem\u00e1nticos, est\u00e1ndares tecnol\u00f3gicos para el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n financiera (XBRL y NIIF), software libre aplicado a la innovaci\u00f3n y sistemas colaborativos para la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap\">Entre sus reconocimientos destacan la menci\u00f3n <em>Cum Laude<\/em> y el <em>Doctorado Europeo<\/em> otorgados a su tesis doctoral en la Universitat de Val\u00e8ncia, becas internacionales de investigaci\u00f3n y distinciones como profesor invitado en universidades europeas. Ha sido tutor de proyectos de gran impacto en sectores como hidrocarburos, educaci\u00f3n, comercio electr\u00f3nico y gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica, reflejando su compromiso con la aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica del conocimiento.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap\">La biograf\u00eda de Eduardo Carrillo Zambrano muestra a un investigador con proyecci\u00f3n internacional, comprometido con la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, la calidad en la educaci\u00f3n superior y la integraci\u00f3n de las TIC en procesos acad\u00e9micos, empresariales y sociales, con aportes
